This is what bammy looks like. When fried it becomes soft and turns a nice rich yellow colour.

It's made from cassava Amelia.Yummy too. You soak it in coconut milk and a lil salt, then you can either fry it, bake it or steam it.Delish....would go well with that ackee and saltfish I am cooking tomorrow!Lawks now mi mout watering. Must remember to get some int he supermarket.
